Soil Health

Are any of the trees in your care showing signs of poor tree appearance or poor health? This may be due to toxicity, a lack of nutriments or certain pathogens in the soil…

Here at the Arbor Centre, we apply our expertise in best practice arboricultural science to investigate, research and provide answers to the underlying causes of such issues to ensure that recommendations and remedies are based on long-term best outcomes, rather than temporary ‘fixes’ which can often lead to increased problems and therefore future unwelcome costs.

Our facilities include a testing laboratory where we carry out preliminary pH (potential hydrogen) and EC (electrical conductivity) analysis using standard laboratory testing procedures.

In certain circumstances, we are able to take this stage further by utilising our Partnership with a team of expert soil scientists in order to deliver more comprehensive analysis and reporting. The range of this testing includes but is not limited to; nutritional, pathogenic, heavy metals and microbial.
