Customer Service Coordinator: Job Opportunity We're actively looking for talented individuals to fill key full-time roles as our company continues to grow.
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our existing team on a full-time basis. Reporting to our Head of Sales, the Customer Service Coordinator will ensure that our customers receive the best possible service when making enquiries about our products & services.
Whether communicating via email or on the phone, you will generally be the first point of contact for customers looking for help or information. You will also be expected to collaborate with internal colleagues where appropriate, in order to meet customer requests for information.
Recognising the specialist nature of our business, there is no expectation that the applicant has previous tree knowledge. Ongoing support will be provided to the successful applicant.
However, the successful applicant will be expected to develop a detailed understanding of the features and benefits of the company’s products and services.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Accurately listen to, record and respond to customer communications
- Accurately schedule/organise bookings for customer jobs using the company’s cloud software system
- Direct incoming customer queries to the advice or service that will best meet their needs
- Work with customers and internal colleagues to solve problems and reach satisfactory conclusions
- Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with customers and internal colleagues
- Process customer/client information in accordance with processes and procedures
- Record and update customer information in the company’s cloud software system
- Perform administrative tasks and provide administrative support as assigned by the Sales Team and Operational Team

This is a full-time position, based at our HQ, with office hours ranging between 8.00am to 5.30pm from Monday – Friday.
