We are currently looking for an Account Manager / Sales person to join our sales team as a Sales Executive. Reporting to our Head of Sales, the Sales Executive will have a pivotal role in helping us to achieve our sales growth goals. The role is very much client focused and involves a blend of networking and commercial skills.

Recognising the specialist nature of our business, there is no expectation of previous tree knowledge as ongoing support will be provided in this regard. However, the successful applicant will be expected to develop a detailed understanding of the features and benefits of the company’s products and services.

Sales Executive : Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Engage with other external stakeholders and service providers to promote the company’s solutions and services
• Proactively follow-up active leads to maintain a strong sales pipeline and conversion rate
• To provide ongoing client liaison and Account Management activity in person, as well as via phone and electronic communication; handling client questions, inquiries, and complaints
• Grow and nurture relationships with current and new clients
• Prepare accurate documents including proposals, quotes, invoices etc.
• Participating in sales team meetings

This is a full-time position, based at our HQ, with office hours ranging between 8.00am to 5.30pm from Monday – Friday.
